It introduces us to the techniques of asana, pranayama, and meditation while giving us an opportunity to go deeper into the realm of yoga. Here we thoroughly explore yoga postures, ancient yogic knowledge, breathing, and meditation in a gentle yet profound, celebratory, and joyful setting and understand what it means to live like a yogi in daily life.

Course Outline

Yoga philosophy, Asana, pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Satsang.
