Breathwork & Prana / Chakras Healing Retreat

Course Duration: 7 Days / Residential

चले वाते चलं चित्तं निश्चले निश्चलं भवेत् ।
When the breath wanders or is irregular, the mind is also unsteady.
But when the breath is still, so is the mind

What helps us increase our prana is pranayama—the secret lies in our breath!

Remember the term breathwork refers to different breathing techniques, programs, and exercises. All of these exercises focus on your conscious awareness of your inhales and exhales. These exercises use deep, focused breathing that lasts a specific amount of time.

Our mind and emotions are closely linked to the prana or life force. When our prana or life force fluctuates, our mind also goes up and down through an emotional roller coaster. When your prana is low, you are likely to feel negative emotions like sadness, anger, heaviness, feeling of low, regret, and overall negativity. When your prana is high, you are bound to experience positive emotions like joy, enthusiasm, happiness, and a rush of high that comes from a source within.

Chakras are the wheels of energy in the center of the body.  Chakras can be blocked due to internal and external circumstances such as stress and when a chakra is not open, energy can not flow freely throughout the body.  Each chakra corresponds to organs in the body, so depending on the blocked chakra, different symptoms will present themselves.

Each chakra has a representative color, essential oil, mantra, organ in the body so the retreat is also about exploring the 7 chakras in the body, identifying which chakras are not in balance for us individually, recognizing what is causing the block, and helping one another understand steps we can take to open the chakra.

This retreat will be helpful in opening up the blocked energy at various points/chakras to flow throughout your body.
